NABCO has issued Tech Bulletin #134, a reminder regarding the procedures and policies regarding the proper reporting of shipping mishandling and damage.
Always open and inspect your delivery as soon as possible. NABCO requires reports of concealed damage within 15 days of delivery if there is no notation of damage on the BOL.
