NABCO Entrances Inc. today announced a leadership transition, naming Sean Fulton as its new President and CEO, effective July 1, 2025. Fulton, who currently serves as COO, will succeed Takaaki Fujiwara, who will step down from his role as CEO/President but will remain involved with the company as a member of the Board of Directors and as an advisor. Fujiwara plans to return to Japan by Q4 of this year.
Fujiwara led the NTRS Group for the past two and a half years, navigating the company through significant global challenges, including the impact of COVID-19 and semiconductor shortages. Under his leadership, NABCO not only overcame these hurdles but also significantly strengthened its market position and expanded its presence across Canada and the United States.

Sean Fulton joined NABCO in 2022 as Vice President of Sales and Branch Operations for the U.S. and has since played a crucial role in the company’s expansion and success.

Fujiwara will work closely with Fulton and the management team over the coming months to ensure a seamless transition.
