Product Manager Muskego, Wisconsin

  NABCO Entrances manufacturers' automatic pedestrian doors for commercial and institutional buildings as well as serving the architectural / hardware industry. We have been in business nearly 40 years and perform all sales, marketing, engineering, and manufacturing out of our Muskego headquarters. We are a wholly-owned subsidiary of a large multi-national Japanese corporation, who is one of the largest automatic door manufacturers in the world.

1. Strong industry knowledge to support specification of products and components for existing products as well as new product development.

2. Managing the creation and publishing of all technical and marketing documentation as well as the interpretation of technical specifications to customers and others as needed.

3. Responsibility for publishing architectural binders and all forms of the price book.

4. Management of the Company web site.

5. Industry specific support of materials management.

The ideal candidate will have a degree, preferably technical. If not technical, a degree with comparable industry experience. Special consideration will be given to those with experience in architectural / hardware related industries and distribution organizations.

Mechanical Design Engineer Muskego, Wisconsin

  Nabco Entrances, Inc., the US Division in the Milwaukee area of a major international manufacturer in a niche market is looking for an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer with a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. This candidate will be responsible for developing manual and automatic door systems and electro-mechanical components for use in commercial and residential buildings. SolidWorks experience will be a plus. FEA exposure is desirable.

The abilities and skills to include:

o Ability to work in a cross-functional, customer-focused, team environment
o Proficiency in engineering fundamentals and application.
o Experience in product development process.
o Ability to trouble-shoot component failures and implement corrective measures.
o Written and oral communication skills.
o Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

The responsibilities will include:

o Engineering of electro-mechanical automatic and manual door systems and associated components
o Execution of design and development projects following product development process
o Production engineering support for sold orders.
o Engineering support for Sales/Marketing, Manufacturing, Purchasing and Quality Assurance as needed.
o Creation and maintenance of correct and appropriate Bills of Materials, SolidWorks Models and documentation for the designs created.

Education Requirement: BSME

Saw Operator Muskego, Wisconsin (2nd Shift, 3:30 PM-7:30 PM)

 
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Good math skills, able to read measuring device and understand decimals. Read blueprints. Forklift experience desired, able to work at a safe, quick pace, able to lift up to 50 lbs on a routine basis.

Brief job summary: All phases of saw operations according to order specs.

Main Duties:

Take material from rack or storage.
Cut material with saw (14" automatic aluminum cutting saw-digitally programmed)
Follow shop orders
Lifting of material weights up to 101 lbs with assistance from another employee
Keep inventory of extrusion on hand and turn in shortage list
Responsible for upkeep of machinery (clean, lube, fluid levels)
Set up saws
Inspect own work

Secondary Duties:

Unload extrusion trucks
Put material away
Remove scrap bins when full and replace with empty ones
Move material (rotate stock as needed)
Load scrap truck when pickup is necessary

Machinist Muskego, Wisconsin (2nd Shift, 3:30 PM-7:30 PM)

  Nabco Entrances Inc is seeking quality minded individuals for 2nd shift in our machining area.

Candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, along with solid work ethics & an excellent attendance record. A strong machining background in mills & drill presses required.

Candidate must be able to read blueprints and measuring devices. Must understand decimals.
